Getting in touch with us
When contacting us by email or using the designated form on our website, the data you submit will be saved for the purposes of processing your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data unless we have obtained your consent.  

Data storage

We collect, process and store your personal data (name, address, telephone number or email address in the case of an enquiry) solely for the purposes of fulfilling your enquiry or to make contact with you as requested. No data is transferred to third parties.

 

If a booking is made all data from the contractual relationship is stored until expiry of the fiscal retention period (7 years).  

Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of Article 96 (3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act as well as Art. 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for performance of the contract) of the GDPR.
